We’ve seen this state in three seasons; winter, summer, and fall. Both winter and summer were amazing but you just can’t beat driving down a dirt road near Steamboat Springs surrounded by the amazing colors in fall.
We began our journey in Colorado down a dirt road off the highway where we found Dillon and Katie from @vananahammock. We rolled in at night and woke up to beautiful views and light layer of frost on the ground. We immediately knew we were in for a treat during our stay in this state.
After a few weeks we worked our way down towards Steamboat Springs where we had the pleasure of meeting Chris and Louisa from @huntca. They were kind enough to show us around the area and take us out to one of their favorite spots. This instantly became one of our favorites as well and we decided to stay a few more days after Chris and Louisa returned home… I’m sure you can see why.
